The Radiant Theorem
The Journey Behind The Art
I grew up in Haiti, a small island in the Caribbean, surrounded by creativity. Everyone on my dad’s side was an artist in some way. But while I loved art, I was equally drawn to numbers and science, leading me to study civil engineering.
Yet, art kept calling me back. I explored photography first, but during the pandemic, I found pockets of peace through hosting virtual paint-and-sip nights with friends, a space for community, creativity, and self-expression during uncertain times. Art became my tool for refuge from anxiety and burnout, a way to nurture myself, reigniting a passion I couldn’t ignore.
That experience sparked something within me, leading me to create art that would inspire and empower women to nurture the light God has placed within us.
In 2021, I took a leap of faith and founded Lori in Theory.

The Bloom Collection
Lori in Theory started on September 28, 2021 right in Lori's living room. The first collection launched and it's a testament to the beauty that blossoms through every season. This entire collection was a hit and gave us our first best sellers that are revered to this day.
The "I am Blooming" Effect
In 2022, Lori drew the "I am Blooming" piece which became an instant best seller that perfectly encapsulates our mission.
Our First Pop Up
We attended a Juneteenth event in Atlanta, Georgia and it was a success.
The Atlas Collection
This collection symbolizes the roadmap back to inner love and healing. Once again, Atlas gave us many best sellers and is one of Lori's favorite collections.
The Year of Black Love
In 2023, Lori drew many Black love pieces as she likes to call them. They quickly became best sellers and hold a special place in her heart. These pieces transformed the direction of her work, as the profound subject of Black love continually inspires her to create more, allowing her creative passion to run wild.
Expanding Influence
In 2024, Lori was featured on Medium and several other prominent platforms, further solidifying her impact in the art world. That year, her work was celebrated in Miami, marking a pivotal milestone in her creative journey.

In 2024, Lori was interviewed on television, showcasing her dynamic vision and sharing her inspiring story with a wider audience. This on-air feature further amplified her influence as an artist and deepened her connection with those seeking authenticity and nurturing. It was a pinch-me moment for her.
