At Lori in Theory, every item is custom made with care. Because of the delicate and personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted

  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of placing your order

  • Replacements: We offer free replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or lost in transit — just send us photos within 14 days of delivery

  • Gifts: Also non-returnable, but eligible for replacement if damaged

Thank you for shopping at Lori in Theory. Because all of our items are made to order and carefully produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do stand behind the quality of our products and offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or lost items. Please read the full policy below.


Definitions

  • Goods: All items sold on our website

  • Order: A purchase made by You

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all products are:

  • Made to order,

  • Delicate, and

  • Often personalized,

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes:

  • Fine art prints

  • Stickers

  • Greeting cards

  • Calendars

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Gift purchases

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

We offer free replacements if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a production defect

  • Is lost in transit

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage or issue

We’ll review your request and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.


Gifts

Gift orders are also non-returnable, but they are eligible for replacement under the same conditions above (damaged, defective, or lost in transit).
